This Privacy Policy is developed by "7979 Taxi Kyiv" (hereinafter - "We").
We pay close attention to the confidentiality of your data. By using our services, you have given us confidence, and we appreciate it. We make every effort to keep your personal information secure.
This Privacy Policy applies to all types of information we collect through your call to numbers and mobile application for iOS and Android mobile devices.
We may change the Privacy Policy from time to time. We encourage you to check this page regularly to stay up to date. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, we ask that you refrain from using the Phones and Mobile Application.
What personal data we collect and for what purpose
Account: You create an Account in the Mobile application. We use the information you provide to identify you to your Account (your name, telephone number, travel history). We securely store and do not pass on to third parties the data related to the settings and statistical information contained in your Mobile application.
Using the services of your mobile device: Mobile applications can access various services and data of your mobile device, including but not limited to: phone calls, location, and external storage devices (memory cards). Access to the services of your mobile device is possible only with your consent.
Phone Calls section: You need access to this section so that you can make calls to the taxi service where you place your order, or so that the taxi service can contact you for advice or assistance. We do not transfer data about telephone calls to third parties and do not use them in any other way than in connection with the use of Mobile applications as provided by this provision.
Location: We access your location to ensure the quality of service, including demonstration of the location of the taxi car that will fulfill your order. We do not pass this data on to third parties.
"Write to memory card" section: We may write to your phone's memory card some technical temporary data (cache) related to your use of the Mobile application. We do not transfer this data to third parties and do not use it other than to ensure the smooth operation of the mobile application.
Legal purposes: in some cases we may use your personal data for processing and transfer to the competent authorities in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
By ordering by numbers and through the application, you agree to receive information and advertising messages through the application, e-mail, text messages of the mobile operator (SMS), to refuse to receive messages, please request a request to 7979ua@gmail.com
Transfer of your data to third parties
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties. We securely store and do not pass on to third parties the data related to the settings and statistical information contained in your Mobile application (statistics of completed orders, etc.).
How we protect your personal information
In accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, we adhere to appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data and their misuse.
We use appropriate corporate systems and follow certain procedures in order to protect and safeguard the personal data provided to us. We also use security measures and apply technical and physical restrictions to the use of and access to personal data on our servers. Only employees with special rights and permits have the right to access personal data in the performance of their duties.
